I’m Paul Delani. Based in the Haut-Languedoc, in the South of France, I provide online road and gravel cycle coaching for riders worldwide who need their training to work in the real world.

 

Whether you are targeting road racing victories, preparing for UCI Gravel events, or heading to the high peaks for an Alpine sportive, my approach is built on 15 years of experience and over 40 years of riding and learning.
