Not everyone is ready for a coach. These plans are for those who aren’t, yet. Built on the same Anti-Template and Zero Junk Miles philosophy as my 1:1 programmes.

Winding Roads training plans give you professional structure without the ongoing commitment. If you know how to follow a plan and want something more intelligent than a generic spreadsheet, this is it.

Every plan is self-guided but never unsupported, questions are always welcome.

UCI Male Gravel Series

A 12-week male-specific plan. 12 hours per week, on and off the bike. Professional structure for $129.

UCI Female Gravel Series

A 12-week female-specific plan. 12 hours per week, on and off the bike. Professional structure for $129.

Durability Assessment 

A 10-week training plan for Durability. 15 hours per week, on and off the bike. Professional structure, $129. 

Physiological Assessment

For the rider who wants the truth about their physiology. 9.5 hours per week, on and off the bike.     All for $45.

Physiologiques Routes

Pour le cycliste qui veut la vérité sur sa physiologie. 9,5 heures par semaine, sur et hors du vélo.        Le tout pour 45 $.
